And sometimes when she questions my reality I just have blocked her from moving hand by attempting to move it to different direction which for us means that the hand doesn't move
A lot of factors have to line up perfectly before self harm becomes a legitimate risk, and even more must be aligned for self harm to be avoided purely due to plurality.

It might be more apt to make the observation that by being "plural" one recognizes at least a part of what is contained in the body is respectable as an entity and doesn't deserve to suffer at their own hands, providing workaround logic to avoid such things, but that also assumes a lot about the system in question-- especially the concept that when the body suffers, so does those in the mind in one way or another.
The majority of a person's development, as it tends to happen, occurs when facing life choices and events. Developing a tulpa means keeping in mind the generic structure a potential personality could have at some point, while trying to make it effective enough that it isn't overly vulnerable to life events. Like, it is not reasonable to have a perfect person, but it is reasonable to select traits you know your mind can produce, and flaws you know your mind probably won't let them escape. Even if you don't pick those flaws, they may show up regardless..
